Our residential generator service agreement is a 3-year partnership designed to ensure that your generator — and your peace of mind — are Always On.

In alignment with your manufacturer’s service recommendations, your agreement includes one major preventative maintenance (PM) service during each year of your 3-year term. This major PM includes changing your generator’s oil and oil filter. In addition, your generator’s battery, air filter, and spark plug will be replaced during the 3-year term in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed report with recommendations to keep your generator running at peak performance. If additional repairs or parts are required, we’ll review them with you first — nothing is done without your approval.
Finally, standard trip and troubleshooting charges are waived for residential generator service agreement clients.

The true value of your agreement is the remote monitoring service that’s included. This advanced technology securely connects your home generator to our team of Account Managers through a cloud-based portal. Our team is automatically alerted to any fault codes or anomalies and will proactively diagnose and schedule service as needed.
If your generator goes down, our Account Managers are notified in real time and your unit is prioritized for repair response. We can also remotely initiate test runs to confirm your generator’s readiness — especially valuable if you’re away from home during a power outage.
